We service a range of clients and industries and are currently deep in the process of building out a robust strategy to take the business and team to new heights.
Our business operates across four teams; creative, marketing, technology and client services, and we're currently seeking a new team member to join the client service team as a Digital Marketing Account Manager.
DUTIES
The day to day of the account management role includes;
* Creating digital strategies and plans utilising data and insights from your own skills and those of the broader team
* Communicating with clients in a professional way, including for campaign review and approval, post-campaign reporting, contract management, contract renewal and upsell opportunities
* Managing website projects and updates
* Proactively managing your own workload and the workload of the team that plugs into the scope of works assigned to each of your clients
* Occasional travel - up to a week per quarter - to conduct quarterly business reviews with clients
YOUR BACKGROUND
The Account Manager we are seeking could look like;
* Someone who is commercially minded, focusing on equal parts profitability of work and creative quality of work

* Someone who has prior skills in digital TOTT (Adwords, Business Manager, Analytics, WordPress etc) and understands digital strategy and planning through content, SEO/GEO, PPC and other mediums
* The ability to write short and long-form copy - while not all of your time is spent writing, writing is a central part of what we do as an agency

* Base + uncapped bonus + super
* Full time role. At Talk, full time is 35 hrs + breaks. Not 40
* Flex start and finish - you need to be working 10am - 3pm. The rest of your schedule is up to you
* Hybrid setup; Monday and Friday are WFH. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are office based on Gosford, 5 minutes from the train station
