Position Overview
The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in the monthly close process, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and technical accounting support. This individual will collaborate closely with corporate leadership and operational teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead budgeting and forecasting for corporate functions
* Analyze monthly financial results and prepare executive-level presentations
* Prepare and review account reconciliations during monthly close
* Support quarterly and annual external reporting requirements
* Perform ad hoc financial analysis using reporting systems and tools
* Draft and maintain technical accounting memos
* Ensure compliance with GAAP standards
* Assist with financial audits and internal control processes
* Identify and implement process improvements to streamline close
* Maintain financial accounting policies and documentation
Qualifications
* 3+ years of combined public accounting (Big 4 or Tier II National preferred) and corporate finance/accounting experience
* CPA required
* Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
* Audit and internal controls experience
* Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency
* Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills
