Job Description
This is a mid-senior level position as a Principal Solutions Consultant. The role requires experience with technical solutions and consulting services to drive business outcomes for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of related experience, strong interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical solutions to customers through demos, workshops, and presentations.
* Develop and deliver custom demos tailored to prospect needs.
* Assist with trials and proof of concepts (POC).
* Work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and develop targeted solutions.
Requirements
* Minimum 8 years of related experience.
* Interpersonal communication, polished verbal and written communication.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
* Technical knowledge covering associated Contact Center technologies.
* Experience with cloud platforms (Amazon Web Services).
* Familiarity with Natural Language Understanding (Amazon Lex, Google Dialog Flow, Nuance).
