About the role:
As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient warehouse processes and high-quality inventory management. You'll work closely with the team to support our customers, maintain safety standards, and contribute to the smooth running of our supply chain.
* Ensure compliance with supply chain policies, procedures, and safety standards.
* Carry out routine inventory and warehouse tasks to support daily operations.
* Build, assemble, and supply component maintenance kits/picks as needed.
* Conduct stocktakes and cycle counts, including vendor-held inventory.
* Identify and report non-compliant or incorrectly catalogued products.
* Support the achievement of warehouse KPIs and key deliverables.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and secure warehouse environment.
* Operate high-risk plant and equipment safely and efficiently.
* Ensure proper maintenance of issued equipment and tools.
* Load, secure, and unload materials for delivery vehicles safely and correctly.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current, unrestricted C Class Driver's Licence (Mandatory)
* A valid Forklift Licence (Mandatory)
* Proven experience working in a warehouse environment
* Familiarity with warehouse systems and inventory modules
* A strong focus on safety and willingness to complete additional training (e.g. Dangerous Goods, Load Restraint, Chain of Responsibility)
* A team-oriented attitude and strong attention to detail
