Position: Occupational Therapist - Community-Based - Mix / Adult / Paed Caseloads to choose from - New Grad / Limited Registration is welcome!
Salary: $80Kto 120K per annum+ super + travel allowance +CPD allowance of $1500 per year for FTE (pro rata)
Work Hours: FT / PT positions available, 9 am to 5 pm (flexible we have a work-life balance policy so can work form home)

Most of your therapeutic interventions will be provided in the client's home or at the practice in Prospect. Theyprovide a flexible work environment that allows for a valuable work-life balance.
Your duties will include but not be limited to
- Assessing and providing interventions for children & adults living with a range of disabilities
- Working within the NDIS to maximise clients level of function, capacity & social engagement
- Assisting clients with assistive technology assessment, recommendations and applications (in relevant fields)
- Timely documentation & report writing
- Managing a varied caseload
- Meeting company professional expectations (e.g. meeting billables & effective client management)
- Attending meetings, supervision & personal development (as required )
- Building relationships with key stakeholders, including therapists, clients, & referral sources
- Working across leading software platforms & online tools
Position criteria
Interest in working with people living with disabilities using holistic family-centred approaches
- Experience (desirable but not essential) working within the NDIS system
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
- Work both independently and within a team
- Able to work flexibly (and have fun along the way!)
- A desire to provide community / school assessments and interventions.
- Capable of building long-term relationships with clients.
- Passionate about quality service delivery and inspiring clients to lead meaningful lives.
- Excellent communication and report writing skills.
- Ability to work autonomously where required, with exceptional skills working within a team.
- Highly organised and efficient
- Current driver's license
- Current Police Check and current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
