Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
* Sell our premium wines to customers, both in-store and via telephone/email orders.
* Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our wine range, including its production, style, and pairing suggestions.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed.
Requirements

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Availability to work weekends and occasional weekdays.
* A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
