About the role
This position will lead the full life-cycle delivery of two major BESS projects, ensuring strong commercial, safety, and operational outcomes. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will provide strategic direction, build high-performing teams, and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The role requires a senior leader with deep electrical project experience and confidence managing complex, multi-disciplinary delivery.
* Executive-level position reporting directly to the CEO
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of two large-scale BESS projects across NSW
* Oversee governance, safety, commercial outcomes, and stakeholder engagement
* Build and mentor multi-disciplinary engineering and construction teams
* Drive successful project completion with strong client relationships and commercial performance
Skills / Qualifications
* Proven Project Director experience on major electrical or EPC infrastructure projects
* Background in renewables, ideally with utility-scale BESS exposure
* Strong commercial, contract, and financial management capability
* Ability to build and maintain trusted client and stakeholder relationships
* Degree in Engineering (electrical preferred) and formal project management credentials
