The Role This position offers a balanced structure: 3 days operational leadership – driving clinical governance, quality, and service delivery 2 days clinical practice – maintaining hands-on patient care You will play a key role in shaping clinical standards, mentoring practitioners, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care to a unique and deserving population.
