The role involves guiding a group dedicated to making a difference, overseeing and supporting individuals responsible for managing claims, and ensuring our clients receive the best possible outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Liaising with the Intake & Engagement and Claims team members.
* Training of new and existing Claims Officers.
* Invoicing and data entry into client management systems and NDIA Myplace Portal.
* Assisting with plan management accounts processes, including processing invoices, lodging claims, reconciliation of payments and resolving any discrepancies.
* Troubleshooting issues identified with payments.

* Ability to provide support, guidance and training to Claims team members as required.
* Ability to work constructively as a part of a professional team environment that is geographically spread.
* Ability to engage new participants to support the continued growth of our Plan Management service.
* Efficient and effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and exercise initiative to offer solutions.
* Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in completing general administrative tasks.
* General knowledge of accounting principles.
* Experience in general finance administration, including reconciliations, creditor and debtor payments and invoicing.
