Dankz Furniture is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our growing retail team in Port Kennedy, WA. This full-time role will involve providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales of our high-quality furniture and homeware products. Responsibilities
* Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, helping them find the perfect products to suit their needs
* Demonstrating and explaining the features and benefits of our furniture products
* Processing sales transactions and ensuring a smooth checkout experience for customers
* Maintaining a neat, tidy and visually appealing showroom to showcase our products
* Supporting inventory management and restocking as required
* Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
* Availability to work both Saturday and Sunday is required
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the retail or homeware industry
* A minimum of 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience is required, and previous furniture experience highly valued
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
* A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help people find the right products
* Excellent product knowledge and the ability to quickly learn about new furniture and homewares
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
