Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A strong technical background, preferably in industries specializing in building management systems (BMS) / programmable logic controllers (PLCs) / hydraulic / pneumatic equipment, including application and system design.
* Proven success in key account management, focusing on delivering solutions that meet customer needs.
* Strong commercial acumen, with experience in negotiating agreements and managing contracts.
* A high level of goal-orientation, assertiveness, and problem-solving ability, with the capacity to work effectively in a remote environment.
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools, such as Salesforce, would be an advantage.
* The ability to build a positive culture and contribute to the company's growth and development.
