Key Responsibilities:
* Manage complex employee relations issues as a crucial team member
* Provide strategic advice on misconduct, grievances, whistleblowing, organisational change, and performance
* Conduct formal investigations into workplace conduct, including bullying, harassment, and discrimination
* Interpret and advise on enterprise agreements, awards, legislation, and policies
* Respond to employment claims and represent the organization at conciliations
* Support leadership development and internal projects with employee relations expertise
Qualifications and Experience:
* Relevant qualifications in employee relations, HR, or employment law
* Proven ER experience in a large corporate environment, preferably in finance or professional services
* Ability to influence senior stakeholders and provide pragmatic solutions
* Experience with complex, multi-jurisdictional organizations
