Full-time Customer Service Specialist required for Global manufacturer and distributor.
An exciting prospect for an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join this multi-national manufacturer and distributor based in Clayton is available. This full-time position will report to the Customer Service Supply Chain Manager and track inbound and outbound customer enquiries. You will monitor orders and coordinate with the appropriate stakeholders to ensure prompt information updates to the customers.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Providing a high standard of customer service and building meaningful relationships within key accounts
Stock receipting and reconciling the 3PL inventory report
Daily stock dispatch and invoicing utilising the ERP system to ensure DIFOT is met
Generating the rolling sales order report on a fortnightly basis
Run weekly order status reports and provide up-to-date information to customers on open orders
Maintain DIFOT (Delivery in Full & On Time) and customer scorecards
Utilise customer forecasts to accurately make recommendations around production builds to cover all relevant months
Liaising with freight officers to ensure the timely delivery of customer orders
Demand Planning tasks:
Forecast demand planning & analysis - review customer forecast against stock coverage and provide build recommendations to the customer
Analyse customer forecasts for variances month to month
Provide the plant with monthly forecast data for RM procurement
