Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineering Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for surveying and evaluating existing structures, preparing inspection reports, and communicating assessment results to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct surveys and evaluations of existing structures to identify maintenance and repair needs.
Prepare and issue inspection reports detailing findings and recommendations.
Communicate with clients and project personnel to provide updates and guidance on assessments and follow-up plans.
Provide technical sales support to enhance customer relationships and secure new business opportunities.
Collaborate with project teams to provide technical advice and resolve issues related to concrete construction, repair, and restoration.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
P.E. certification is an asset.
At least 7 years of experience in concrete construction, repair, and restoration, including forensic investigation.
Demonstrated expertise in performing forensic and restoration engineering duties on existing parking structures.
This role involves frequent travel, including 3 days per week in the field and 1 or 2 days per week in the office, based in the Charlotte, NC territory.
