Our growing client base has opened a recent opportunity for you to join our high performing Commercial Property Team. This particular role will service a broad portfolio in addition to a prominent property owner and key client, focusing on Facilities Management.
You will be report to, and be primarily led by, Cheyne Gauci (Head of Facilities Management) with direct interaction and support from Cameron Garry (Director). You can expect excellent leadership and support to you within Higher Commercial as part of this role from not only the Directors, but our whole Asset Management Team.
Ideal Skills and Experience
We are open to a wide range of candidates, including those earlier in their career or those with deeper experience in Facilities Management - but a specific interest in Facilities Management career pathways is of particular interest.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Assistance with risk assessments, repair investigations and supplier quality control checks
- Assistance with asset lifecycle planning and associated financial budgeting
- Contractor Management, including administration and compliance obligations
- Preparation of building reports and other ancillary facility obligations for clients
- Attend to properties to complete pre-tenancy and post-tenancy inspections
- Ad-hoc duties as required to assist in the upkeep of all properties
