Operating within a spectrum from novice to proficient practice, Enrolled Nurses work under the guidance and supervision of Registered Nurses/Midwives.
Despite this supervision, Enrolled Nurses maintain accountability for their actions and uphold responsibility for providing nursing/midwifery care.
