The ideal applicant for this role will demonstrate the following key attributes as they apply to the key responsibilities of the role:
* Demonstrated 10+ years of experience performing business analysis activities on large-scale, complex ICT program/projects, preferably in the public service sector, with experience in:
* SharePoint Implementation
o Gathering requirements to assist solution architects and developers in designing and configuring SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows.
* Information Architecture
o Design and develop information architecture, including:
o Taxonomy and metadata structures
o Content types and site columns
o Information models and data dictionaries
o Search architecture and schema
o Ensuring system requirements capture business intelligence, reporting, and analytics needs.
* Records Management
o Develop records management requirements, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
o Gather requirements for records management features in SharePoint & RecordPoint, such as retention policies, disposal schedules, and audit logging.
o Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
* Experience leading business process and system modelling activities for large organizations, using BPMN or UML.
* Investigate complex and ambiguous business situations, providing recommendations for improvements.
* Facilitate stakeholder input, challenge constructively, and prioritize requirements, establishing baselines and traceability.
* Work independently, develop stakeholder engagement strategies, and provide effective feedback.
* Facilitate business decision-making and communicate technical and business information clearly.
* Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
* Investigate enterprise requirements with complexity and ambiguity.
* Identify stakeholder communication needs, translate strategies into activities, and facilitate open discussions.
* Manage requirements and project documentation using tools like Jira and Confluence.
