We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who is ready to step into a fun fast-paced environment and make a difference!
What you'll be doing
* Supporting the Restaurant Manager in leading and motivating the front-of-house team.
* Delivering outstanding customer service and confidently handling any inquiries or concerns.
* Overseeing smooth, compliant daily operations including cash handling, inventory management, and health & safety.
* Coaching and developing team members to help them succeed.
* Stepping up as Acting Restaurant Manager when required, taking full responsibility for operations.
What we're looking for
* Experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in the hospitality environment.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* A passion for great customer service and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
* Availability for a rotating flexible roster – no late nights or early mornings.
