Interprofessional Learning Opportunities for Students
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join our Collaborative Practice Curriculum team. As a Teaching Fellow, you will play a key role in the development and delivery of interprofessional learning opportunities for students within the Faculty of Health.
Job Description:
As a Teaching Fellow, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with academic staff from diverse disciplines to co-create and deliver high-quality educational materials that reflect real-world challenges across health and social care disciplines. You will design and write evidence-informed case studies that focus on mental health, alcohol and other drugs, and ensure adaptability of case study materials for various teaching formats.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree or higher in an accredited health profession field including Psychology, Social Work or Occupational Therapy
* Recent experience in the mental health sector, within the last five years
* Demonstrated experience in developing, leading, or participating in interprofessional education programs or initiatives across health and/or social care disciplines
* Strong understanding of interprofessional education pedagogical frameworks and collaborative practice competencies
* Demonstrated experience working with university health profession students in teaching, supervision, mentoring, or curriculum development, with an understanding of their learning needs and the clinical and academic contexts in which they train
