Job Overview:
The Caravan Park Manager position oversees the day-to-day operations of the Caravan Park at Anglesea.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the Caravan Park as a business unit, focusing on exceptional customer service and strategic planning.
* Oversee park management, maintenance, accommodation, and customer service while ensuring that facilities are well-maintained and presented to a high standard.
* Directly manage the operations of the Caravan Parks, balancing customer needs with accommodation requirements.

Other Information:
* Perform frequent inspections of Park assets, amenities, and grounds to identify maintenance requirements and presentation improvements.
* Maintain on-site accommodation buildings, furniture, and fittings so that they are in excellent and safe working condition.
* Respond to and assist with emergency calls and after-hours requests for both maintenance and reservations.
