Childcare Educator Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children. As a childcare educator, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging and supportive environment for primary-aged children.
You will be responsible for planning and implementing educational programs that promote children's learning and development. This may include developing and implementing curricula, managing classroom activities and supervising children during outdoor playtime.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and education to our children. You will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be committed to ongoing professional development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Enthusiastic and engaging approach to childcare with strong relationship-building skills.
* Completed, studying or willing to study a childcare-related Diploma or Certificate III or equivalent.
* Valid Working with Children Check Blue Card Ochre Card (or willingness to obtain).
* Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain).
