About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Organisational Design Specialist or Lead to join our team. As a key member of our People Consulting practice, you will lead and deliver workforce strategy and organisation design projects for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and achieve project outcomes in collaboration with colleagues and clients.
* Analyse workforce and business data to generate insights and recommendations; build and maintain client relationships.
* Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for EY contributions.
* Manage client relationships, lead project teams, and own solution design from end to end at Manager level.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Experience with workforce strategy and organisational design.
* Client-focused communication skills; experience in professional or internal consulting is desirable.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, capable of navigating complex stakeholder networks.
* Commitment to continuous learning, collaboration, and fostering a high-performance team culture.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
