This role leads a team of 5 product managers, offers work from home options, and can be based in Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne.
What You'll Do
1. Develop and lead the APAC Emergency Care marketing strategy — including market positioning, portfolio planning, and go-to-market execution.
2. Drive commercial performance — owning regional outcomes and making decisions rooted in strong business acumen.
3. Build and lead a high-performing regional marketing team.
4. Partner closely with country leaders, sales, medical education, and KOLs to drive adoption and growth.
5. Lead a team of 5 product managers responsible for product lifecycle management, including pricing, segmentation, and new product introductions.
6. Manage budgets, track performance, and deliver measurable business results.

1. You set the strategy and own the outcomes, with regional growth depending on your leadership.
2. You're commercially minded — translating strategy into results by understanding market dynamics, making data-driven decisions, and delivering impact.
3. You lead through complexity, managing a team across multiple roles, countries, and product lines, and are comfortable in ambiguity.
4. You influence without authority by collaborating with stakeholders who rely on your guidance.
5. You build strong teams by developing and empowering high performers across diverse markets.
Who You Are
Required Experience
* 5+ years of marketing management experience with a proven track record of driving market share growth and business impact.
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, management, business, or a related field.
* Experience working across Asia Pacific or a global region, with an understanding of diverse market dynamics.
