The Role
This is a newly created position focused on one key outcome:
Drive a consistent pipeline of qualified leads to support occupancy growth across residential services.
You'll be responsible for setting up and optimising digital activity that directly converts into enquiries.
What You'll Be Doing
* Plan and execute digital campaigns (Google, Meta + organic)
* Improve website performance and conversion pathways
* Build a practical digital strategy aligned to growth targets
* Partner closely with a Comms Lead to ensure messaging translates effectively across digital channels
* Track, analyse and optimise activity to improve lead quality and ROI
About You
* Strong track record driving lead generation and conversion
* Hands‐on, practical and comfortable working autonomously
* Able to prioritise and focus on high‐impact activity
* Experience in health, community or purpose‐led environments is a bonus
