About This Role:
Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across multiple subjects in line with the National Curriculum for Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 desirable). Adapt teaching to meet diverse learning needs, assess and report on pupil progress, and contribute to the wider school community through form tutoring, cross-curricular projects, and enrichment activities.

About You:
* You should have a degree in Education or a related field, and a recognized teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE)
* You should be able to adapt your teaching style to meet the needs of students with different learning abilities
* You should be able to work effectively in a team, communicate clearly and constructively, and maintain accurate records of student progress
