Overview
Store Manager – Soul Origin Green Hills, located in Green Hills Shopping Centre. We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at Soul Origin Green Hills.
As Store Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, inspire and develop your team, and ensure every customer enjoys the fresh, high-quality food and specialty coffee that Soul Origin is known for. This role suits a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building positive team culture, and is motivated to achieve sales and operational targets.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Manage stock levels, product mix, and service standards to meet customer demand
- Drive sales and profitability through effective marketing, pricing, and promotions
- Oversee rostering, recruitment, training and staff performance management
- Maintain accurate sales, inventory, and financial records
- Prepare and manage budgets to achieve financial targets
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards
What We’re Looking For
- AQF Diploma (or higher) in Business, Management, Retail, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a similar management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
- A genuine passion for hospitality, food, and customer experience
