About the role:
Salary – AUD 95,000
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team as our first employee in the Mooloolah Valley QLD area of Australia.
This role is key to BeeHero's expansion into new crop markets.
You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, introducing growers to BeeHero's innovative pollination services and our award-winning Pollination Insight Platform, focusing on macadamia and avocado crops.
You will manage customer onboarding, logistics, renewals, and account expansion.
Most importantly, you'll join an inclusive community of creative, fun-loving, and ambitious individuals, immersing yourself in the fascinating world of honeybees.
The position requires travel of approximately 20%.
* Hold at least a Bachelor's degree.
* Proven experience (5+ years) in Customer Success within the AgTech industry.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach, capable of building rapport and trust.
* Problem-solving and decision-making skills, effectively handling customer issues and escalations.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
