We are seeking a highly capable and motivated Executive Assistant to provide high level executive support to the Director of Nursing and Midwifery. This role ensures that administrative responsibilities are managed in an efficient, professional and timely manner. The position requires a high degree of autonomy, sound judgement and the ability to anticipate priorities, manage competing demands and respond effectively to sensitive matters.
The role requires exceptional organisational skills, strong communication abilities and a commitment to maintaining discretion, professionalism and accuracy in all aspects of work. What you will bring to the role

* Demonstrated experience and proficiency in providing high level executive assistance and support to a senior executive including a proven capacity to operate effectively in a complex public sector environment demanding confidentiality, flexibility and discernment.
* High level organisational and time management skills with an ability to effectively set priorities, meet deadlines, demonstrate flexibility and show initiative.
* Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of conversations, diaries and documents at all times; exceptional interpersonal skills including sound oral and written communication.
* Poven high level of organisational skills including the ability to problem solve, prioritise workload and meeting deadlines supported by a demonstrated capacity to exercise initiative and judgement, including the demonstrated ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
* Advanced proficiency in preparing various documentation (memorandums, agendas, minutes, letters, internal briefings, reports, presentations, etc.) using Microsoft suite of applications.
* Experience using various application including an electronics records management system such as Content Manager; rostering systems such as Health Roster; recruitment and onboarding application; and familiar with electronic procurement processes.
* Current Driver's Licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel.
