Building Surveyor Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join our team, where you will be responsible for ensuring that developments within the council area meet high quality standards and consistently comply with statutory requirements.
Job Description:
* Undertake building assessments and inspections under the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016
* Provide high-quality customer service to applicants, internal departments, stakeholders, and other agencies
* Educate and advise the public and industry on matters relating to development within the City of West Torrens
* Develop your professional career with dedicated time to work towards accreditation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualifications in Building Surveying or equivalent tertiary qualification
* Accredited Professional - Building Level 1, 2 or 3 as defined under the Accredited Professional scheme under the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016 (or able to obtain)
* Current White Card (or willing to obtain)
