We're looking for a dynamic and purpose-driven professional to join our team as a Culture & Capability Business Partner. This role is all about shaping the future of our organisation by strengthening organisational capability and embedding a culture where people feel empowered, connected, and inspired. This role is being advertised in both Brisbane and Bundaberg.
What You'll Do
* Lead the Organisational Capability & Leadership Development portfolio, designing and delivering initiatives that build leadership capability at all levels.
* Partner with leaders to research, design, implement, and review fit-for-purpose programs that drive performance and engagement.
* Facilitate workshops, coaching, and capability-building programs that enable sustainable change.
* Measure impact and continuously improve initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.

* Strong experience in coaching and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
