To continue providing an amazing dining experience and delicious dishes, we are seeking an experienced restaurant manager to join our team in multiple locations and grow with us.

Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and procure supplies, collaborating closely with chefs to plan menus and select dishes.
- Manage the purchasing and pricing of goods in alignment with the established budget.
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations during scheduled shifts to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Train, supervise, and mentor staff, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance.
- Enforce adherence to the company’s uniform standards among all employees.
- Compile and analyze end-of-shift and weekly reports, focusing on staff performance, food inventory, and sales metrics.
- Uphold high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety regulations.
- Prepare cash drawers and manage petty cash as necessary.
- Assist in various restaurant areas as needed to support overall operations.
- Ensure dining facilities comply with health regulations and maintain cleanliness, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.
- Greet customers and assist with order taking, engaging with them to assess satisfaction with meals and service.
- Promptly address and resolve customer complaints to maintain high service standards.
Requirements
- AQF Diploma or at least 3 years relevant experience
- Qualification in a related field hospitality management will be preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management and leadership skills as decision maker
- High attention to detail
- Can do attitude with hands on
- Cost control experience
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English
