Role Description
This is an on-site internship/contract role which will lead into a Full Time Position for an Architectural Designer/Graduate Architect located in Parramatta, NSW.
The Architectural Designer/Graduate Architect will be responsible for the following:
Creating and uploading Development Applications, Construction Certificates & Complying Development Certificates
Preparing Preliminary Sketches
Preparing Construction drawings
Designing and creating a Consolidated Set of Architectural Plans
Liaison with the client, consultant team and all councils
Assisting with administration and planning matters
Qualifications
Expertise in Architecture, Architectural Design and Drafting
Ability to create and upload a completed documentation set for DA, CC & CDC
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in ArchiCAD and AutoCAD ONLY
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other architects and designers
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
Relevant internship or work experience preferred
