As the Account Director, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new customers for our Regulatory Solutions products. You will devise and implement strategic sales plans, identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts and co-ordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions to meet our Customers’ needs. In addition you will analyse market trends, provide sales forecast and play a vital role in Regulatory Solutions’ business development and success.

This role reports to the VP Customer Solutions and is an individual contributor with no people management responsibilities.

A Day In Your Role
* Build and grow a strong industry network, developing relationships with key contacts and influencers.
* Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in collaboration with local and corporate marketing teams.
* Establish trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor.
* Define winning sales strategies and work closely with pre-sales teams to produce high-quality tenders and proposals.
* Consistently achieve annual sales targets by securing new customers and delivering tailored solutions.

Your Skills, Experience And Beyond

* Proven business development experience, with the ability to convert provided leads and proactively generate new opportunities.
* Proven sales ability, including outstanding negotiation skills and ability to persuade at all levels of business, including GM, CEO, CIO, CFO, Dept. Heads etc.
* Successful history and experience in working with SaaS or similar technology products companies with a solid understanding dealing with complex technical solutions.
* Consultative approach to selling with highly developed interpersonal/relationship-building skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Able to manage and execute long sales cycles (6-24 months).
* A results-driven mindset with strong time management and prioritisation skills.
* A security clearance attained would be highly desirable.
