(Evaluated as Grade 10 of the QPRC Salary System ****), plus potential performance-based progression.
Full-time – 35 hours per week.

In this role you will:
Safeguard the environment and ensure community standards are met through the assessment of specific applications and delivery of plumbing and drainage inspections in compliance with legislative requirements.
Ensure Council maintains an efficient and dependable approval system associated with plumbing and drainage services.
Offer professional guidance and inspection of plumbing and drainage matters to Council, the public, government authorities and internal staff.
We are looking for someone who:
Holds or is eligible to hold a NSW Fair Trading Plumbing Licence or equivalent.
Has an awareness and understanding of applicable plumbing and drainage planning legislation.
Possesses strong time management skills, communication skills (written and oral) and high quality customer service capability.
