About the Role
Join a dynamic procurement team and play a key role in driving strategic sourcing, delivering cost savings, and maximising vendor relationships. As a Procurement Specialist, you will lead market engagement processes, negotiate competitive contracts, and provide procurement governance across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage, lead, and deliver RFI and RFP's
* Develop, negotiate, and execute commercial and contract agreements
* Create sourcing strategies aligned with organisational goals in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
* Provide procurement governance guidance to internal and external stakeholders in line with procurement policy and processes
* Challenge existing arrangements and interrogate costs/processes to maximise commercial benefits from vendor relationships.
* Achieve savings targets through competitive sourcing, process efficiencies, and vendor management.
About You
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar procurement role, with a thorough understanding of IT sourcing requirements.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all stakeholder levels.
* A collaborative business partner mindset with the ability to achieve successful commercial outcomes.
* Strong organisation and time management skills to manage multiple concurrent sourcing activities.
* Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to present workable solutions.
* Able to track, prioritise, and progress tasks to achieve required sourcing outcomes.
* Comfortable collaborating across Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Finance to deliver robust commercial results.
