Auto Bodyshop Estimator
Responsibility:
1. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess damage and required repairs.
2. Prepare detailed and accurate repair estimates using industry-standard software.
3. Collaborate with body shop technicians and managers to ensure that repair work meets quality standards.
4. Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs, timelines, and costs.
5. Provide follow-up support and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the repair process.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive repair techniques, materials, and industry trends.
7. Assist in managing parts procurement and inventory control as needed.
8. Handle insurance claims and coordinate with insurance adjusters to facilitate smooth processing.
9. Participate in continuous training and development activities to enhance estimating skills and knowledge.
Essential Qualifications
10. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in assessing damage and loss for vehicles and assets.
11. Skilled in inspecting and evaluating damage, estimating repair or replacement costs, and preparing detailed reports.
12. Strong knowledge of insurance policies and procedures with the ability to act efficiently to minimize the cost of claims for the insurance company.
13. Experience using industry software such as Audanet or similar advantageous.
Desired Experience
14. Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive estimating, body repair, or a related field.
15. Strong understanding of insurance claims processes and documentation requirements.
16. Experience in customer service and handling client interactions positively.
Salary & Benefits:
17. Salary: $74,000 - $85,000 annually (AUD)

21. Sponsored working visa class 482
22. 2 year visa, extendable.
Future Benefits:

English level needed:
25. An IELTS score of 5,5,5,5 + or equivalent in PTE, OET.
Future requirements:
26. After a pre-screening interview, If we are interested in connecting you to a client for a work-place interview, then we would first need:
* Proof of Employment
* Passport copy, Showing 1 year + validity
* Police clearance
Financial requirements:
* There is NO show-money needed to be seen by immigration when applying for a working visa to Australia.
