**About the Role:**
We are seeking a friendly and professional individual to join our showroom team in Lismore. As the welcoming face of our branch, you will be responsible for managing reception duties, answering inquiries, and guiding customers toward the right product solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage reception duties, including answering inbound calls and general inquiries
* Perform banking, act as timekeeper, and upload safety/competence records in Oracle
* Coordinate with internal teams (credit, delivery, technical) to ensure smooth operations
* Assist with showroom administration and maintain accurate records
* Conduct pre-production calls to customers and scan/upload completed sales orders into Oracle
* Develop product knowledge from technical specifications through to installation advice
* Create accurate quotes using V6 software and process smaller sales
* Follow up on leads and help convert showroom visits into confirmed orders
* Meet key targets around quote accuracy, follow-up, response time, and customer satisfaction

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, not afraid to ask questions, and motivated to provide a positive customer experience. You should be technically minded, comfortable with numbers, and just as confident at a computer as you are face-to-face with customers.
