**Job Overview**
A highly experienced Senior Leader is sought to lead and optimize the end-to-end Supply Chain and Procurement functions across the organization.
The Opportunity
This critical leadership role ensures operational excellence, risk mitigation, supplier collaboration, and the delivery of sustainable, cost-effective supply solutions. Key responsibilities include leading the SIOP process, collaborating with customer and operations teams, identifying and mitigating supply chain risks, establishing best-in-class procurement frameworks, and driving cost reductions through effective negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the SIOP process across the organization.
* Collaborate with customer and operations teams to align demand, production, and inventory strategies.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks with robust due diligence, policy compliance, and contingency planning.
* Establish best-in-class procurement frameworks and foster strategic supplier partnerships.
* Drive cost reductions and improve commercial terms through effective negotiations.
* Operate in a matrix environment to align supply chain and procurement initiatives with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
* Proven leadership experience in complex, multi-site or industrial supply chain and procurement roles.
* Deep expertise in SIOP, strategic sourcing, supplier management, and inventory optimization.
* Advanced negotiation skills and a track record of establishing high-value supplier partnerships.
* Demonstrated capability in driving cost efficiencies, business value, and sustainability initiatives.
* Proficiency with ERP systems and planning tools (Microsoft Dynamics F&O highly desirable).
* Strong analytical skills with a data-led approach to decision-making.
* Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
