Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with the coordination and preparation of Annual General Meetings and General Meetings
2. Learn to draft and issue meeting notices, minutes, and formal communications
3. Support in managing maintenance requests, contractor follow-up, and compliance tasks
4. Develop knowledge in interpreting strata legislation, by-laws, and building compliance
5. Provide professional and timely customer service to lot owners, committee members, and contractors
6. Collaborate with administration and accounts teams to ensure smooth property operations
What We're Looking For:
* A genuine interest in strata management and a desire to grow into a leadership role
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* High level of attention to detail and organization
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Previous admin, real estate, property, or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
