About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead our Clarks Eastland team. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong retail leader who thrives on delivering results, developing teams, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop a high‐performing retail team
* Drive sales performance, including UPT, ATV, and conversion
* Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure premium in‐store experience
* Manage daily store operations including rosters, stock, and visual merchandising
* Analyse store performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets
* Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures

* Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in retail
* Strong leadership and team development skills
* Commercial mindset with a focus on driving sales and KPIs
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
