The role of Learning and Development Coordinator is an exciting opportunity to design and implement a new learning culture within our organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our workforce and driving positive change.
* Develop and implement a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
* Work closely with executive leaders to identify workforce gaps and build capability pathways.
* Coordinate training needs analysis and individual learning plans for every staff member.
* Manage and optimize our learning management system.
* Design and deliver onboarding, induction, and cultural orientation programs.
* Oversee clinical credentialing and competency programs.
* Use data and feedback to evaluate, report, and continuously improve L&D outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar learning and development or related field.
* Relevant qualifications in training, HR, education, or organizational development.
* Experience with managing learning systems, planning programs, or coordinating training events.
* Cultural awareness and a commitment to safe, respectful, inclusive practice.
