Junior Administration officer / Case manager
Builderwest is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Case Manager to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and build a long-term career within the insurance-repair and construction industry.

What You'll Be Doing
Assisting with the case management of construction repair projects within the insurance and strata sectors.
Managing client communication via phone and email, delivering clear, professional updates at all times.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client case files and supporting documentation.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional customer service.
Responding to client enquiries promptly and professionally.
Providing administrative support including scheduling appointments, coordinating travel, and managing correspondence.
Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations and other business documentation.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures.
What We're Looking For
Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Exceptional phone communication skills, including confidence, professionalism, and the ability to handle a high volume of calls.
Prior experience in administration or case management is highly regarded but not essential.
Computer intelligent to learn programs and systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an ability to learn new systems quickly.
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and stakeholders.
A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to prioritise tasks and solve problems.
A team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
