About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Operations Warehousing Assistant to join our team.
In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the accurate processing, handling, storage, and dispatch of finished goods to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and system updates.
Ensure all documentation and labelling meet quality and traceability standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse team.
Support processing functions as required.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment at all times.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a warehousing or logistics environment (medical, manufacturing, or regulated industry preferred).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good computer skills and experience with inventory management systems (e.g., ERP).
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a small team.
Strong communication and time-management skills.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a management role including Operations Manager, Warehouse Manager, Production Manager, or similar position.
Australian citizenship or permanent residency required.
