Senior Architect / Design Manager
Our client is on the lookout for an experienced, design-led professional to step into an exciting role as Senior Architect / Design Manager. This is a key leadership role for someone who’s not only passionate about great design, but also knows how to bring people together to deliver it.
If you’re a Registered Architect or Experienced designer with a strong track record in leading teams and delivering design excellence across all project stages, We want to hear from you!
Why this role?
Our client delivers fully integrated D&C projects from multi-residential developments to commercial and industrial builds. You’ll be working in a collaborative environment where design thinking and buildability sit side by side.
What you’ll be doing
* Leading and mentoring their in-house design team.
* Taking ownership of the design process across multiple projects from client brief and site feasibility through to DA, tender and construction documentation
* Managing consultant coordination, approvals and compliance with NCC, BCA, and local planning codes
What you’ll bring
* 10 + years’ experience across design, documentation and delivery phases
* Proven experience in leading design teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
* Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
