Safety Advisor across the Construction Markets

**Company**
Building subcontractor whom operate across Australia and holds an impressive portfolio of projects require a Safety Officer for their Sydney Offices. You will assist with the compliance and safety across all areas of the construction market that they work within.
**Duties**:(but not limited to)
- performing Safety Measure inspections
- Auditing of Procedures, SWMS, systems and site activities and attend toolbox meetings & manage risk assessments,
- Facility compliance & safety
- liaising with relevant builders, regulatory authorities, developers and and/ or consultants to ensure compliance is met
- inspection, testing, preventive maintenance, survey and record keeping
- Incident reports, managing safety records and promote the safety culture.
- Create and implement a tailored OHS safety plan
**Requirements**:
- Cert IV Health & Safety or Diploma in OH&S; or higher
- previously demonstrated experience in a similar role for a minimum 2 years
- Solid written communication and excellent interpersonal skills
- Show High levels of enthusiasm, energy and resourcefulness
- Strong with Accuracy and attention to detail
- First Aided preferably
