About the Role
As a Rostering Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating nursing and care staff within aged care settings.
Your focus will be ensuring the right staff are rostered to the right shifts, services are delivered on time, and operational requirements are met. This is a busy, hands on role suited to someone who enjoys structure, communication, and solving challenges as they arise.
Key Responsibilities
Allocate and manage staff rosters in line with client needs
Ensure shifts are filled accurately and within required timeframes
Support compliance requirements across rostering and workforce processes
Respond to rostering issues and changes using strong customer service skills
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
About You
You will have experience in rostering, scheduling, or workforce coordination, ideally within healthcare, aged care, disability, or another service based environment.
You will also bring:
Strong organisation and time management skills
Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
Clear and professional communication skills
Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast paced environment

Understanding of the needs of older people and people with disability
