Position- General Practitioner- Full Time
Location - Northlakes Medical Centre, San Remo 2262 also needs to be able to work at our other practice Eastlakes Medical Centre, Swansea 2281.
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive primary healthcare services, including diagnosis, treatment, management, and preventative care for patients of all ages.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, examination, and diagnostic investigations
* Provide ongoing management for chronic illnesses and acute conditions
* Maintain accurate and up to date medical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards
* Collaborate effectively with nursing staff, allied health professionals and other healthcare providers
* Participate in continuous professional development and adhere to professional standards.
Requirements:
* Medical Degree and current AHPRA Registration
* Proven Experience as a GP
* Strong clinical knowledge across broad range of medical conditions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
