Overview of role:We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused People & Capability Business Partner to join our team.

You will also have opportunities to participate in cross-organizational projects aligned with our broader People & Capability strategy.What You'll Be DoingSupporting the Senior People & Capability Business Partner in delivering P&C services throughout the organization.Providing comprehensive support across the employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.Assisting with employee relations, interpreting policies, and advising leaders on HR matters.Coordinating employee engagement activities and learning initiatives.Managing HR systems and contributing to process improvements.What We're Looking ForA degree in HR, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a generalist HR role.Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent internal customer service.High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive or confidential information.Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., ELMO or Aurion) is preferred.Sound like you?
