Location: Sydney
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct hands-on testing of various Workday modules, including Hire-to-Retire, Compensation, and Absence management.
* Develop and execute comprehensive test cases based on functional requirements and user stories.
* Identify, document, and track software defects using our issue tracking system.
* Collaborate with the testing team and developers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
* Participate in test planning and review meetings.
* Contribute to the improvement of our testing processes.
Required Skills
* 2-3+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong emphasis on functional testing.
* Proven track record testing Workday HCM or a comparable HR system.
* Solid understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire).
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
