Job Opportunity

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to the Property and Legal area.

The successful candidate will assist with all aspects of the property lease and licence process for Council owned and managed land and buildings. They will arrange valuations, surveys, development applications and subdivision certificates in relation to BVSC property and develop and maintain relationships with government agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with property lease and licence process
* Arrange valuations, surveys, development applications and subdivision certificates
* Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies

Requirements:

* Organised and detail-oriented individual
* Administrative skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
